Whether you’re healing from heartbreak, navigating a life change, or simply wondering “What now?”—you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Reconnect with who you are, get clear on what you truly want, and move forward with confidence and intention.

Come Back to You
Reconnect with who you are now—not who you were expected to be. Create space to hear your own voice again and recognize what this season of your life is asking for.
Discover What You Really Want
Move through the noise, uncertainty, and second-guessing so you can get clear on what you want your relationships, life, and future to look and feel like.
Create Your Next Chapter
Turn clarity into intentional action. Make aligned choices, rebuild confidence, and begin creating a life that feels authentically yours.
There comes a point when the life you worked so hard to build doesn’t quite fit anymore. You may be navigating heartbreak, change, or simply realizing that somewhere along the way, you lost touch with you.
I believe these seasons aren’t the end of your story. They can be an invitation to reconnect with who you are now, get clear on what you truly want, and intentionally create what comes next.
You don’t need someone to tell you who to become. Sometimes you just need a safe, grounded space to hear yourself again.

Maybe nothing is technically “wrong.” Maybe you’ve simply reached a point where the life you’ve built no longer feels like the life you want.
Heartbreak and change have a way of making us question who we are, what we want, and where we go from here. But this season doesn’t have to be about going backward or starting over.
It can be about coming back to yourself.
Together, we’ll quiet the outside noise, rebuild trust in your own voice, and create the clarity you need to move forward with confidence and intention.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to begin.

Book a complimentary clarity call so we can talk about where you are, what feels different, and what you want this next chapter to look like.

Together, we’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck, get clear on what you truly want, and create an intentional path forward that feels right for you.

With support, practical tools, and intentional action, you’ll begin rebuilding trust in yourself and creating a life that feels like yours again.
“For the first time, I felt like someone understood what I couldn’t put into words.”

“Mary’s work helped me stop questioning myself and start trusting myself again.”

“This wasn’t just a book. It felt like someone walking beside me.”

Taking the next step can bring up questions. Here are a few answers to help you decide whether working together feels right for you
Healing After Heartbreak coaching is a supportive, grounded space to help you reconnect with yourself after heartbreak, change, or a season of feeling disconnected from who you are. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust so you can intentionally create what comes next.
No. Heartbreak can take many forms. You may be navigating the end of a relationship, a major life transition, or simply realizing that the life you’ve built no longer feels like it fits. You don’t have to be in crisis to know you’re ready for something different.
Coaching is focused on where you are now, what you want moving forward, and the intentional steps that can help you get there. It is not a substitute for mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. If your needs are outside the scope of coaching, seeking support from an appropriate licensed mental-health professional may be recommended.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, get clear on what you truly want, rebuild confidence in your decisions, and take intentional steps forward, coaching may be a beautiful next step.
You don’t need to know exactly what comes next. Let’s start with a conversation about where you are, what you want, and how I can support you in moving forward.
