Healing after Heartbreak can also be writing a book.
Four days after the phone call from hell from the other side of the country I grabbed pen & paper & started to write. It came pouring out amid a torrent of tears. Many tears later & this book & website were born.
This is my personal response - yours may be totally different but don't be afraid to channel your heartbreak & grow from it. If anyone had told me in October 2007 that this would occur I would not have believed that all this was possible when I was so incredibly heartbroken. I'm still here, getting stronger & infinitely wiser.
